Overview
The client provided a software requirements specification for managing residential, commercial and office units across buildings and compounds. We delivered it as Odoo 19 modules.
Business challenge
Rentals, renewals, deposits and maintenance were handled manually, with no reliable view of occupancy and no structured route from enquiry to contract.

- Tenancy contract lifecycle with automatic unit status
- Recurring rent invoicing and security deposits
- Maintenance requests per unit
- Public website listing available units
- Website enquiries converted to CRM opportunities
Solution architecture
